I like my coffee dark and bitter, just like my soul.
Some choose to dilute the wonderful fragrance and taste of coffee with all sorts of evil and vile substances like milk and sugar.
In the bible, it says that bread is the staff of life.
I say nay, coffee and only coffee is the staff of life.
How else could the Dunkin Donuts guy get up so early in the morning to make donuts?

YES!!! I think we truly all wrote about something we are very passionate about… Ahh, the black coffee… though I sometimes do use vile substances but that is quite rare.

Brings to mind a science fiction story in which, at some point, the protagonist remarks, ‘This coffee tastes as good as it smells.’*
*it occurs to me that surely one of the coffee companies must have appropriated this expression by now, but the story dates back to the Golden Age.
